Lenovo IdeaPad U260 ultraportable image, video review, specs

IdeaPad U260 is a stunning looking piece of technology with the build quality of a ThinkPad but styling that's anything but ThinkPad. This 12.5" laptop weighs only 3 lbs. and is 0.7" inches thick, and it looks more like an elegant book than an ultraportable computer. We've got the Clementine orange color, which is tasteful rather than loud, and it's also available in Mocha brown with a bronze cast. The notebook recently launched in a quiet way, and we're not sure why Lenovo isn't doing a better job of marketing their first luxury ultralight. Lenovo IdeaPad U260 is no computing slouch. The $1,099 model comes with the ULV version of Intel's Core i5 CPU (the 470UM) clocked at 1.33GHz with Turbo Boost up to 1.86GHz. The $999 model comes with a ULV Core i3 (get the i5, it's worth $100).

The Xnote P210 comes with 12.5-inch display, which LG is proud to say features the thinnest bezel out there. The entire package measures in at only 299 x 192 x 20.9mm, and it weighs in at only 1.3kg. On the inside, you’ll find an Intel core i5-470UM processor, Windows 7 Home Premium x64, a 320GB hard drive, and 4GB of RAM.
There's no pricing details or release dates as of yet, but Pocket-lint will be sure to let you know as soon as we've got our hands on one. Most likely, at CES 2011.

Nikon D3100 specifications

The D3100 has a very good noise profile; it matches (and perhaps bests) the current leader in the budget dSLR category, the Pentax K-x. It produces exceptionally clean JPEGs up through ISO 800 and very usable ones through ISO 3200. (Adobe Camera Raw doesn't yet support the D3100 and Nikon Capture NX 2 doesn't provide sufficiently granular enough noise reduction for me to do raw versus JPEG comparisons). The camera delivers excellent color reproduction in its default SD mode as well--a nice change from some overly saturation-pushing competitors like Pentax and Sony--and its metering and exposure system work reliably and well.

Samsung Focus: Windows Phone 7 device, photo, specs

The Samsung Focus will bring the most advanced Samsung display technology to Windows Phone 7: the 4-inch Super AMOLED screen was first launched with the Bada-based Samsung Wave at MWC last February, and was featured a bit later in the Android Galaxy S announced in March. The phone's second noticeable competitive advantage is its super light weight and its thin and elegant form factor. Last, but not least, the hardware platform is fast and with Windows Phone 7 graphics optimizations, it enables the display frame rate to be seemingly faster than the iPhone.
